Sodexo Live! Global CEO
Nathalie Bellon-Szabo
As CEO of Sodexo Live!, I have been working in the event and catering industry for over 30 years.
My mission, and that of the 40,000 Sodexo Live! employees, is to create exceptional moments and lasting memories for your guests in stadiums and arenas, cultural destinations, convention centers, airport lounges and major events. We are particularly proud to partner with iconic venues such as the restaurants of the Eiffel Tower, the Hollywood Bowl, the San Diego Convention Center, Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium and major events such as the Tour de France, Roland-Garros tournament, the Royal Ascot races, and soon the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
My passion for gastronomy and culinary arts has led me to actively develop these activities within the Sodexo Group where I have worked for 20 years. And because these activities – including those of Maison Lenôtre, Yachts de Paris, and Bateaux Parisiens - are a strategic priority for the Group, they are now united under a single brand, Sodexo Live!CEO, France, Lenôtre & Spain
Franck Chanevas
As CEO of Sodexo Live! in France & Spain and Lenôtre, I dedicated my career to creating value for my clients in the events and catering sector, and to promoting the development of people and teams.
My mission is to drive the growth providing sustainable, high-level catering services at some of the world’s most iconic venues, sporting events, and conference centers. I am very proud to support our clients by offering exceptional experiences to guests at iconic venues such as Le Pré Catelan, the Eiffel Tower, Roland Garros or the Tour de France or to have contributed to the success of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. In addition, I have the privilege of developing prestigious brands such as Lenôtre, or even Yachts de Paris, Bateaux Parisiens or Batobus.
While I have always been passionate about sports and events, my true motivation lies in inspiring, empowering, and nurturing our 3,500 amazing experience makers in our France-based activities , who play a vital role in the success of major events. Sophie Delaval
Throughout my career, I have passionately championed our brand and its values, especially since the creation of our Sodexo Live! brand in 2021. This reinforced my belief in our company's uniqueness through its diverse offerings and the quality of our team members.
My mission is to protect and enhance our brand's reputation both internally and externally. I am proud to contribute in elevating the Sodexo Live! brand image and to play an active role in uniting and increasing the global visibility of Sodexo Live!'s expertise.

Over the past 30 years, I have held various finance roles in the foodservice industry at the country, regional, and global levels across Asia, Europe and North America.
My focus is on driving profitable growth by developing strong financial and portfolio strategies. I manage performance to ensure we meet our financial goals and use resources wisely. I also evaluate investment opportunities and work on building and strengthening financial teams to support our long-term success.

Chris John
I am the CEO of STH, which is part of Sodexo Live!
Before this role, I worked in the golf and racket sports equipment manufacturing industry in both the US and the UK. I have also contributed to the British Horseracing Board and worked in hospitality with some of the UK's leading breweries, as well as with Sodexo UK&I.
My mission, along with the global STH team is to create exceptional travel and hospitality experiences for our customers at the world’s biggest and most prestigious sports events. We continually aim to set a new benchmark for sports fans, through innovation in products and services.
What drives me is being deeply involved in the world of international sports and seeing the STH team thrive and grow, both individually and as a business. I am motivated by working with the Sodexo Live! team, whose generational commitment, relentless focus, and continuous investment push us to be global leaders. Suzy Kitcher
My career in hospitality has spanned over 30 years, with the last 15 years at Sodexo developing and leading our Airport Lounge business globally
My mission at Sodexo Live! Is for our business to be the global leader of the premium airport lounge experience. I am proud that our Experience Makers are ensuring our guests travel journeys are special, serving over 70,000 travelers daily in our 160 airport lounges in locations across the world.
I have always loved working in the hospitality industry, and I have been lucky to have enjoyed some amazing food and beverage experiences while working at Sodexo Live! Claire Morris
With over 25 years of experience in the food and facilities industry, I have spearheaded numerous strategic marketing initiatives, ranging from acquisition integration to brand and concept development. Additionally, I have built and led a high-performing growth team to drive and accelerate sales performance as well as implemented the digital start up team in Sodexo Live!
As CEO for the UK&I business I lead a very talented team of over 1,000 experience makers across 50 venues delivering retail and hospitality services as well as high end catering for major events and premium destinations within the UK&I. I am proud to be partnering with our client partners such as Ascot Racecourse, Newcastle United Football Club, ACC Liverpool and the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh.
Leading the growth team means I put the customer and the client at the heart of our business to ensure that our propositions are built to deliver food and service excellence across all of our sites and that our digital & technology roadmap is enabling our growth and operational efficiency.

As CEO of North America, I combine my 25-year career in the food service industry, with multi-national leadership experience, to deliver world class hospitality in iconic venues.
I empower the 20,000+ Experience Makers at more than 150 partner venues throughout the U.S. and Canada to be the best version of themselves each and every day. Whether at stadiums, convention and conference centers, museums, zoos, aquariums, ski resorts or anywhere else we serve, it's our people who are at the heart of the hospitality we provide. My role first and foremost is to protect, inspire and develop our great people.
I have been blessed with wonderful leaders and mentors in my life, who saw more in me than I saw in myself at the time. My goal is to pay that forward and in doing so, set the best possible example for my two young daughters.Global SVP Human Resources and HSE

Academy across the world which aims to instill a consistent standard of hospitality excellence in each of our people.
My goal is to make the HR function a fully integrated strategic partner, driving Sodexo Live!'s ambition to become the clear leader in the hospitality industry. By aligning HR strategies with the company’s objectives, I aim to ensure that our people – our experience makers – are achieving our vision of excellence in hospitality.
