In collaboration with World Rugby, Sports Travel & Hospitality (STH) - operating as Rugby World Cup Experiences - will deliver a range of innovative offerings designed to set new benchmarks in global event access. Fans can now secure everything in one place: official match tickets, premium hospitality, hotel stays, and unforgettable city experiences - all designed for ease, peace of mind, and maximum enjoyment.

Rugby World Cup Experiences gives rugby fans and corporate clients the opportunity to secure unforgettable experiences ahead of the tournament, offering a seamless, elevated way to be part of Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027. Whether travelling from across Australia or around the world, Rugby World Cup Experiences caters to a broad spectrum of eventgoers, from long-time rugby fans to curious first-timers drawn in by the spectacle and sense of occasion.

Rugby World Cup Experiences puts fans at the heart of the action with its most inclusive programme yet:

  1. Unprecedented access to fully immerse in every aspect of the tournament, unlike anything seen before at a Rugby World Cup
  2. A broader range of curated experiences for both passionate rugby fans and newcomers alike
  3. Moments beyond match day, delivering exclusive experiences across the full tournament calendar

As part of the RWC Experiences 2027 programme, five in-stadium experiences will launch - Stars, The Touchline, The Suites, Hemisphere, and Union - each tailored to different types of fans, from dedicated rugby enthusiasts to those after a more social or luxurious match day.

In a world-first for the tournament, Rugby World Cup Experiences will also launch the Advantage Club, an elevated hospitality experience that goes beyond match day, offering exclusive entertainment and immersive social moments in the heart of the host cities.

David MacCallum, Event Director of Rugby World Cup Experiences, said the launch marks a major milestone in fan engagement for the sport.

We’re thrilled to work with World Rugby to bring this ground-breaking hospitality and travel programme to life. From premium match day experiences to tailored travel and exclusive tournament access, our goal is to set a new global benchmark for major event experiences, right here in Australia.
