GAITHERSBURG, Md. (September 7, 2023) – As the 2023 NFL season approaches, Sodexo Live!, hospitality partner to the world’s most iconic venues, announced today new and refreshed food, beverage and hospitality experiences that await fans at Caesars Superdome (New Orleans Saints), Lucas Oil Stadium (Indianapolis Colts), and Hard Rock Stadium (Miami Dolphins).

Sodexo Live!’s culinary teams have put in the off-season work to experiment with new flavors, listen to fan feedback from the previous season, engage with new local business partners and more to ensure that visits to each stadium are unique, energized and well-rounded.

Caesars Superdome, New Orleans Saints

  • Beaucoup Barbeque: House-smoked pulled pork and beef brisket burnt end sandwiches, chicken wings paired with delectable sauces and locally sourced breads 
  • Big Freezy: Offering a NOLA classic, the Frozen Daiquiri, plus frozen Irish Coffee and soft serve ice cream in cups and cones 
  • Crescent City Sausage: Alligator sausage, jumbo footlong hotdogs, and vegan sausages on locally sourced buns 
  • Bienville Burger Bar: Double cheeseburgers, Patton’s sausage cheeseburgers, vegan burgers and fries
  • Delta Roost: Grilled and fried chicken sandwiches, chicken and biscuits 
  • 504 Eats: Cajun meat pies, Tony Chachere's jambalaya, ultimate nachos, and other fan favorites 
  • Dressed Or Not New Orleans Po’ Boys: NOLA-style Po’ Boy sandwiches: Cochon du Lait, fried shrimp and vegetarian wild mushroom styles 
  • Magnolia Mezze: Traditional gyros, chicken shawarma and Greek salad-style wraps 
  • Mercado Tortillas: Boom Boom Shrimp, steak and chipotle, chicken street tacos
  • Parish Pizza and Provisions: Market serving Little Caesars Super Slice pepperoni or cheese pizza, signature crawfish bread, garlic parmesan wings, sandwiches, salads, snacks, cold beverages 
  • Bayou Kitchen and Market: Market serving double-stack cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, Tony Chachere’s Jambalaya, sandwiches, salads, snacks, cold beverages. 
  • New AI-assisted self-checkouts have also been added, as well as more points-of-sale overall

Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis Colts

  • Suite highlights:
    • Sweet Tea Fried Chicken: Sweet tea brined, locally raised chicken that’s hand breaded and fried golden
    • Hoosier Street Tacos: Grilled beef carne asada, shredded pork carnitas, sour cream, salsa roja, salsa verde, and guacamole served with flour tortillas. 
    • Roasted Corn Queso Fundido: Grilled corn, flame roasted peppers and Mexican cheese fondue served with tri-colour tortilla chips
    • BBQ Smoked Chicharrons: Smoked pork belly candied with local JohnTom’s BBQ sauce
    • Meatball Skillet: Marinara stewed meatballs topped with melted mozzarella cheese and fresh basil. Served with mini baguette rolls
    • Monkey Bread: Chunks of buttery, gooey dough coated with cinnamon and sugar glaze
       
  • General concourse highlights: 
    • Loaded footlong hot dog or hamburger challenge
      • Guests will be able to upgrade their hot dog or burger with rotating toppings. Pick from two different loaded concepts that will be available for a three-game stretch. The concepts with the most purchases will move on to the next set of three games and a new toppings will come in as the competitor!
    • BBQ Brisket Sandwich: BBQ chopped brisket, southern coleslaw, local JohnTom’s BBQ sauce on a Kaiser Bun
    • Chili-Cheese Dog: Hot dog topped with Cincinnati chili sauce and finely shredded cheddar cheese
    • Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich: Chicken fried steak, white pepper gravy, lettuce, tomato, red onion on a hamburger bun
       
  • Featured Gameday Match Up highlights (Available in the Faegre Drinker East Club and WynnBET West Club)
    • Beef barbacoa quesabirrira (Colts vs. Rams, October 1)
    • Chicken and sausage jambalaya (Colts vs. Saints, October 29) 
    • Slow-cooked pork roast Cubano (Colts vs. Buccaneers, November 26)
       

Plus, the stadium once again will feature Grab & Go locations that will offer an assortment of canned beer, ready-to-drink cocktails, water and select soft drinks and snacks.

  • New premium hospitality experience inside the Paddock Club, which was built for the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix
    • 18 air-conditioned garage bays with parking for four vehicles and roughly 50 guests, with food and drink packages available
    • New all-inclusive VIP Members Lounge on mezzanine level and Members Lounge on 100 level with a la carte service
       
  • New local partnership with Blueprint Cookies available in the suites and clubs
     
  • New Guest Chef Series collaborations in The 72 Club and The Nine where each chef’s signature style and flavors will be on display. Current lineup includes:
