Krystle Pitcher, graduate of the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI) in partnership with Sodexo live, and first recipient of the Laurence Rua Memorial Scholarship*, recently took her culinary journey to a new level with an immersive training experience in Paris.

During four intensive days at the renowned Lenôtre Culinary Arts School, she trained alongside our expert culinary team and learned directly from Chef Pascal Kamin, ICC Catering World Champion. She also discovered flagship Sodexo Live! venues, including Madame Brasserie and the Michelin-starred Le Jules Verne at the Eiffel Tower, gaining firsthand insight into the standards and creativity driving global hospitality.

Her experience culminated in a dish inspired by her grandmothers, blending her own culinary story with the techniques she refined in Paris.

Krystle is now continuing her development with Sodexo Live! through a second internship as a culinarian at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and the National WWII Museum, applying her expanded skillset to guests from around the world.
