Following a call for proposals initiated by the Mucem in late 2024, the project signed by Alexandre Mazzia and Sodexo Live! has been selected to oversee and manage the dining spaces of the J4 building until 2036.

The three-star Michelin Chef and the global hospitality leader for prestigious venues and events will offer a culinary experience that reflects the museum’s identity and values: vibrant, Mediterranean, and community-focused.

Sodexo Live! – a global leader in hospitality services in the sports and leisure industry, and the culinary partner to Ascot since 1998, has selected two staff members from the Berkshire racecourse to travel to the USA to be part of the culinary team at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX, one of the most iconic sporting events in the world.

While players lace up their cleats, Sodexo Live!, the global hospitality leader to the world’s most iconic venues and longtime partner of Caesars Superdome, is lacing up their aprons to offer a true taste of New Orleans through classic and inspired dishes to more than 62,000 fans at Super Bowl LIX.

The New Orleans native will infuse local flavors into the food and beverage experience for fans at Caesars Superdome this February.

Chef Lenny Martinsen is a seasoned culinary professional with more than three decades of experience, and nearly two of those spent in New Orleans.
