During Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, our dedicated team of 4,000 Experience Makers created unforgettable moments at the Caesars Superdome. From Fan Fest to game day, an estimated 250,000 meals were served, demonstrating our commitment to delivering exceptional food and beverage offerings that leave fans with timeless memories.

A Passionate Chef
Leading the culinary charge was Chef Lenny Martinsen, our Regional Executive Chef at the Caesars Superdome. With more than 30 years of culinary experience, including 18 seasons cheering on the Saints and feeding fans, Chef Lenny successfully delivered his sixth Super Bowl—and his second at the Superdome.

An NFL Legend at the Superdrome
Adding a touch of local flavor, NFL Hall of Fame Running Back and New Orleans native, Marshall Faulk, served as our Chief Flavor Officer during Super Bowl week. For Marshall, it was a full-circle moment, as he once worked as a popcorn vendor at the stadium in his youth.

A Winning Partnership
In partnership with the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI), we’ve invested in upskilling our team members. All front-of-house staff at the Caesars Superdome have been re-trained at NOCHI ahead of the big game. NOCHI students also benefit, with opportunities for paid internships and on-the-job rotations at Sodexo Live! properties.
